| 摘 要： | 对５个玉米单隐性胚乳突变体、３个双隐性胚乳突变体的可溶性糖（还原糖、蔗糖）、水溶性多糖、淀粉、粗蛋白、赖氨酸含量测定，并对突变体种子结构扫描电镜观察。分析了玉米胚乳突主体的基因效应及其互作效应。

| Abstract: | The quality characters of kernels (the contents of sugar, wsp, starch, crude protein, lysine and dry weight) from single recessive endosperm mutants carrying sul, sh2, bt2, wx, o2 gene and double recessive endosperm mutants carrying sul/sh2, bt2/wx, o2/bt2 gene combination were analysed. The kernels ultrastructure of these mutants were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy. It was found that there is an evident correlation between the biochemical composition and ultrastructure, physical appearance of the mutant kernel. The gene action and interaction of these endosperm mutants were also discussed. |
