低温锻炼对黄瓜幼苗光合作用的影响

摘    要:低温处理中能降低黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率,同等条件下低温锻炼的黄瓜幼苗,比未锻炼幼苗降低较少,低温锻炼后和低温处理使幼苗气导度和叶肉细胞间CO2浓度的降低,气孔限制值上升,未经低国锻炼的黄瓜幼苗在净光合速率降低的同时,叶肉细胞间CO2浓度增加,气孔限制值下降,光合作用的降低主要以非气孔限制为主。

Abstract:The changes of photosynthesis in acclimated and non acclimated leaves of cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L )seedlings were measured,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate( Pn )decreased after chilling treatment either in acclimated leaves or in non acclimated leaves.Under the same condition the decrease of Pn in acclimated seedlings is less than that in non acclimated seedlings.Chilling acclimation and chilling treatment could cause a decrease in stomatal conductance ( Gs ) and intercellular CO 2 concentration ( Ci )and an increase in stomatal limiting value ( Ls ).Nonstomatal limitation is the important form of the Pn decrease in non acclimated leaves of cucumber while there is an increase in intercellular CO 2 concentration and a decrease in stormata limiting value ( Ls ).
