| 摘 要： | 通过对何首乌不同茎藤和同一茎藤不同时期扦插繁殖成活率对比试验.试验结果表明,在洞庭湖区3月底至4月底扦插何首乌较适宜,以4月中旬扦插成活率最高;而且选3个节带1片叶的茎藤扦插成活率高,腋芽生长快,可食嫩茎叶的产量较高.

| Abstract: | The test on cutting propagation is carried out for Polygonum multiflorum thunb. in this paper. Cutting propagation is feasible for Polygonum multiflorum thunb. from end of March to end of April, and the survival rate for cutting propagation in the middle of April is the highest. It was the best to use the stem fragment with 3 nodes and 1 leaf as propagation material, its survival rate was better, and the buds germinated quickly with more tender esculent stem and leaf. |
