花生根瘤菌的应用效果研究

摘    要:研究了“富思德”花生根瘤菌与不同氮肥水平的化肥配合施用对花生主要性状和产量的影响,结果表明:(1)花生根瘤菌在常规施肥50%氮肥水平上施用,依然可以提高花生的植株鲜重、根瘤数和出仁率,分别比对照提高27.7%~57.0%、4.9%~132.8%、1.4%~2.0%;(2)花生根瘤菌与化肥配合施用对花生的增产效果明显,比对照增产9.4%~21.2%。

Abstract:Through studying the effects of mixing application of "First" peanut Rhizobium prepa- ration and chemical fertilizer of different content of nitrogen on main characters and outputs of pea- nuts, the result showed that: ① Adding peanut Rhizobium preparation still increased the plant fresh weight on the basis of applying 50% nitrogen fertilizer. The amount of root nodule and the kernel rate increased by 27.7%-57.0%, 4.9%-132.8% and 1.4%-2.0%, respectively. ② Yield of peanut applied by mixing peanut Rhizobium preparation with chemical fertilizer increased by 9,4-21.2%.
