| 摘 要： | 肿瘤危害人类健康,肿瘤疫苗的研制开发日益受到重视。文中着重介绍了肿瘤疫苗的分型与分类以 及利用马立克氏病(MD)疫苗、鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)、麻疹病毒在抗肿瘤生长与增殖方面的研究进展。这几种 疫苗已用于临床,并取得了良好疗效。文章还指出具有潜在抗肿瘤效应的病毒已成为人们研制肿瘤疫苗的新 方向。

| Abstract: | Tumour is harm to human's healthy, so people take making tumoue vaccine as empasis. This article introuduced the classification of tumour vaccine,and MDV vaccine,NDV vaccine,Measles vaccine have the capability of controlling tumour's growth and proliferation. At present these vaccine have been applied to clinic and make good effect. Manufacturing virus vaccine which has the capablitity of potential anti-tumour function becomes the new way of anti-tumour function. |
