摘    要:以西葫芦幼苗为材料,研究了低温弱光对其生理指标的影响。结果表明,低温弱光处理下,西葫芦幼苗生长受到明显抑制,表现为茎粗增加,株高降低,下胚轴缩短,地上、下部干/鲜重及叶面积减小,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量增加;叶面积及地上部干鲜重及可溶性糖和脯氨酸可以作为西葫芦耐低温弱光的鉴定指标,株高与地上、下部干/鲜重及叶面积相关性极显著,可溶性糖与脯氨酸极显著相关。

Abstract:Pumpk(Cucubita pepo L) seedlings were exposed to low temperature and weak light regimes to investigate the responses of physiological characteristics.The results indicated that plant height,the area of leaves,fresh or dry weight of the parts above or under ground decreased under the stress of low temperature and weak light,while stem diameter,the content of soluble sugar and pro increased,how ever.The content and change of soluble sugar and pro and the area of leaves,fresh & dry weight above ground could appraise low temperature and weak light resistance of pumpk at seedlings stage.Height had obvious correlation with the area of leaves,fresh or dry weight of the parts above or under the ground height.The content of soluble sugar and pro had obvious correlation.
