添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶对玉米秸秆青贮饲料品质的影响

摘    要:为探讨不同微生物制剂对玉米青贮饲料品质的影响,以高水分春玉米秸秆为原料,进行乳酸菌和纤维素酶不同添加剂量的青贮饲料发酵试验。结果表明:玉米秸秆青贮过程中添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶,可有效降低青贮饲料腐败率、改善和提高青贮饲料的品质及营养价值,其中以添加0.30%纤维素酶的效果最佳,腐败率低于1.4%、粗蛋白含量3.49%、氨态氮与总氮质量比m(VBN),m(TN)]为6.60、丁酸含量为0、中性洗涤纤维含量11.48%、酸性洗涤纤维含量7.02%、酸性木质素含量1.42%。可见,筛选和添加适宜适量的微生物制剂是提高青贮饲料品质的有效途径。

Abstract:In order to know about the effects of different microbial preparations on the quality of corn straw silage, high-moisture content of spring corn straw was used as raw materials to carry out fermentation of silage by adding different percentages of Lactobcillus and cellulase.
