动力驱动内涨芯轴夹具的设计及应用

摘    要:在对一些回转体薄壁类零件加工时,需要以内孔为基准进行定位,然后加工其它部位的孔和面,由于零件壁薄,所以在加工中很易产生变形.动力驱动内涨芯轴夹具对于回转类壁厚薄的零件能减少装夹时间3以上,提高加工效率一倍以上,对减少装夹变形提高加工精度有很好的作用,具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:In some parts machining thin-walled rotating body,you need to locate within the holes for the baseline,and then processing the other parts of the hole and surface,as thin wall parts,so the processing is very easy to produce deformation.Powered up within the fixture mandrel for rotational parts can reduce the thickness of thin clamping time of 3 or more,to improve processing efficiency more than doubled,to reduce clamping deformation of higher precision have a good effect,with the popularization and application.
