油泵机组更新安装实践

由于受客观条件的限制，在油泵机组更新安装工作中存在着一些技术难题。通过格拉成品油管道西大滩泵站３号机组更新安装的实践，总结出几点经验，第一，数吨重的新泵机组就位采用了钢管作滚轮拖运及搭接简易三角架吊移的方法；第二，新泵机组的对中找平，采用底座下垫支斜铁，并反复调整斜铁垫支高度以满足水平度要求的方法；第三，新机组螺孔与旧基座螺栓的对位，采用切断地脚螺栓移位和地坪生根现浇法予以解决；第四，为确保泵房泵

Tips for the Reinstallation of Pumping Sets

Pipeline operation always witnesses removal and reinstallation of pumping sets and when doing this it is not unusual to encounter some technical problems due to objective restrictions. This paper,based on the experiences obtained in the reinstallation of No. 3 pumping set in Xidatan Station of Golmud-Lhasa Pipeline,concludes some tips as below:(1)Put the pumping u-nit of several tons in weight into place by using steel pipe as roll and by setting up simple tripod for lifting;(2)Insert oblique pads beneath the unit,and adjust their thickness for unit alignment in horinzontal level ;(3)Base alignment between the existing bolt holes and bolts in the new equipment is realized by cutting anchors for bolt displacement,and pouring new foundation for anchoring; (4)The following safety measures are taken before carrying out welding: valves closure, pressure relief .plugging with grease,sand pavemtnt,ventilation,fire control,etc.
