外浮顶油罐沉盘事故分析

从外浮顶油罐的施工质量和运行管理两个方面，分析了沉盘的６种原因，提出了４项预防措施：禁止将扫线风吹入罐内，定期启动油罐搅拌器，定期检测浮顶单盘板及密封装置，确定其渗漏及破损情况；经常检测油罐排水管，防止油品泄漏；浮顶设外浮标，便于操作人员随时掌握浮盘运行情况和液位高度。

An Analysis on the Deck Sinking in Floating Roof Tank.

The six reasons for deck sinking in floating roof tank are discussed from the point view of construction and operation,and four countcrmcasures presented accordingly. The countcrmeasures include: (1)never blow purging gas into tank and run the. tank agitator periodically;(2)check,at regular intervals,the single deck plate and the scaling mechanism for any leakage and damage;(2)frequently check the drain pipe for leakage,especially when the accumulated water comes upto a certain level;and (4)install an external float gauge in the floating roof tank so that operator can keep informed on the deck's condition and the liquid level.
