襄樊站输油泵优化运行研究

魏荆线输量逐年递减，输油泵“大马拉小车”现象日趋明显，为此，襄樊输油站与１９８９年以来，相继对３台输油泵机组进行更新改造，使３台泵机组实现了大中小合理搭配，基本消除了“大马拉小车”现象，设备改造完成后，优化运行输油泵机组，做到与输量的合理匹配，最大限度地提高输油泵机组的运行效率，对魏荆线节能工作了促进作用。

A Study on Pump Optimization Operation in Xiangfan Oil Pump Station

Pipeline Pump are increasingly doing useless work with the decrease of throughput year after year in Wei -Jing Oil Pipeline. Three pump units have been modified in succession in Xiangfan Oil Pump Station since 1989. The reasonable arrangement of the three pumps have been realized and cut down power consumption. After the modification,the operating optimization for the pump u-nits have been made in order to reasonably match with oil throughput, so as to increase the operating effeciency of pump units to a maximum. It is proved that the pump units modification brings about the energy saving in the Wei-Jing Pipeline.
