| 摘 要： | 管道施工机具设备状况是制约长输管道工程施工质量的基本条件,也是决定管道施工单位在市场竞争中生存和发展的重要因素。叙述了长输管道施工的焊接设备、辅助焊接设备、防腐作业线、双连管和多连管装备、水平定向穿越钻机、水平穿孔钻机以及管道检测等设备的现状,同时,根据我国管道施工机具设备的现状阐述了未来发展方向,要大力发展计算机辅助设计技术(CAD)和计算机辅助制造技术(CAM),加强设备的管理、应用和开发。

| Abstract: | Pipeline construction machinery is both a basic condition constraining construction quality of long distance pipeline, and a important factor for contractor's survival and development in the market struggle. The paper describes the present situation on welding equipments and auxiliaries,coating apply line, double-joint and multi-joint pipe assembly devices, directional drilling machine, directional boring machine and inspection equipments, which are used in the construction of long distance pipeline. And based on the present situation,the paper puts forward the future development strategy, that is, developing the technique of CAD and CAM with major effort and enhancing equipment management, application and development. |
