不同光照条件下八角金盘的抗寒性

摘    要:连续2 a对生长在全光、半荫、全荫3种生境下的八角金盘在越冬期间植物体内的SOD、POD、CAT含量进行了连续测定.结果表明,SOD含量在一定范围内随种及种源抗寒性的减弱而升高.在急速降温时,植物体内的保护酶含量会出现短时间的下降,但很快会出现适应性的升高,形态上表现为叶片在急速降温中出现水渍状冻伤,叶片呈半透明状态,但在温度回升之后,叶片即可恢复正常.SOD对低温表现的最为敏感,POD次之,CAT与植物抗寒性的关系表现不明显.综合测定指标与田间观察结果显示,不同生境下八角金盘的抗寒性强弱依次为:半荫八角金盘>全光八角金盘>全荫八角金盘.光照可能不仅影响植物的生长量,还影响植物体内保护性酶的活性.SOD和POD含量可作为植物抗寒性生理指标,指导常绿植物的引种工作.

Abstract:SOD,POD,CAT of Fatsia japonica plant living had been determined through the winter for two consecutive years, which grow in the habitats of full illumination, half shade, and full shade.The result indicated that the content of SOD increases with its cold resistance decreasing within certain range, and while the temperature decreasing rapidly, the content of protective enzyme in vivo decrease for a short time, and will present compatible elevation soon, the leaves will appear frost bite of waterdamaged shape with the temperature decreasing rapidly.The leaves appear translucent, and restore normally after the temperature increasing.SOD is most sensitive to low temperature, POD takes second place,and there is no remarkable relationship between the content of CAT and the cold resistance.The synthesis of the determination target and the field observed result showed that the cold resistance of Fatsia japonica growing in the different habitat: semi-shade > entire light > full shade.Illumination possibly not only influence the growth quantity of plant,but also affects the activeness of protective enzyme in vivo.The content of SOD and POD can be used as physiological index of cold-resistance of Fatsia japonica,and can be used to guide the introduction of evergreen plants.
