河北省农村公共基础设施建设调研分析

基于河北省农民问卷调查数据，对河北省农村基础设施建设状况进行了分析。基于农民的视角，分别对河北省农村文化娱乐设施、农村道路、农村饮用水、农村用电、农业基础设施以及农村环境卫生几个方面的现状及问题进行了分析，并总结出了农民对于农村公共基础设施建设状况的认知与期望，了解到当前河北省农村公共基础设施建设的现状与主要存在问题。结果表明：农村公共基础设施建设的总量和质量有待提高与改善；农民对于河北省农村公共基础设施建设状况满意度不高。

Investigation and Analysis on Rural Public Infrastructure Construction in Hebei Province

Based on the data of a questionnaire survey to farmers in Hebei Province, the status of rural public infrastructure construction was analyzed. Based on the cultural entertainment facilities, roads, drinking perspective of farmers, the current situation and problems of rural water, electricity consumption, agricultural infrastructure and environmental health were analyzed. The recognition and expectation for rural public infrastructure construction by farmers were summarized. The status and main problems in the rural public infrastructure construction were found out. The results showed that the total amount and quality of rural public infrastructure construction should be improved. Farmers were notvery satisfied with the rural public infrastructure construction.
