环长株潭城市群土地集约利用时空演变研究

摘    要:基于城市土地集约利用的内涵,从土地投入强度、土地利用强度、土地产出效益、生态环境质量与可持续发展4个方面构建评价指标体系,以环长株潭城市群为例,采用主成分分析法和熵值法对2001年、2005年、2008年、2011年4个时点的8个地级市建成区土地进行土地集约利用评价,将评价结果划分4种土地集约利用类别,进而研究土地集约利用的时空差异。结果表明:(1)时间演变。整个区域的土地集约利用水平总体上呈现不断上升趋势;长沙始终处于集约利用水平,且与其他城市保持一定差距;株洲和湘潭基本保持在较集约利用水平;岳阳、常德和娄底的土地集约利用水平不断上升;衡阳和益阳的土地集约利用处于低水平波动状态。(2)空间演变。整个区域的土地集约利用水平存在明显空间差异;东部地区的土地集约利用水平高于西部地区,且以长沙为中心向北、向南递减。

Abstract:Based on the connotation of urban intensive land utilization, an evaluation index system was constructed from the intensity of land investment, the intensity of land utilization, the benefit of land output and the quality and sustainable development of the ecological environment. City group around Chang-Zhu-Tan was taken as an example, the intensive land utilization evaluation was carried out in the built-up area land in 2001, 2005, 2008 and 2011 in 8 prefecture-level cities by adopting the PCA method and entropy method. Then the evaluation results were divided into four categories of land intensive utilization, and further research on the spatial-temporal evolution of land intensive utilization had been conducted. The results indicated: (1) with respect to the temporal evolution characteristics, overall, the intensive land utilization of the whole area embraces a rising trend, Changsha is always in the level of intensive utilization, outperforming other cities by certain degree, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan have basically achieved the relatively intensive utilization level, and those level of Yueyang, Changde and Loudi keeps rising, while Hengyang and Yiyang fluctuate at a low level in this regard; (2) with regard to spatial evolution characteristics, the intensive land utilization level in the whole area presents obvious spatial difference. The intensive land utilization level of the eastern region is higher than that in the western region, and it decreases to the north and south in terms of taking Changsha as the center.
