| 摘 要： | 介绍了使用ArcView3．2地理信息系统(GIS)绘制海洋渔区及渔业政策图的方法及过程，重点说明了在数字化与属性数据库的编制、数据组织与空间图层管理、投影变化与配准、符号注释与图例制作等方面使用GIS技术进行多元空间数据融合，建立专业空间数据的实用方案。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the methods and processes for making the marine fishing chart and fishery polices map using ArcView 3.2 GIS. Emphasis is on how to build space data and flow chart and the solution of digitizing paper maps, editing property database, managing the space data layers, transforming and registering data of different sources, labeling the map features and making legends. |
