亚硒酸钠缓释剂的制备

摘    要:以β-环状糊精为载体,以缓释效果为指标,选用饱和溶液法制备亚硒酸钠缓释剂.采用正交试验对缓释剂的制备条件进行优化,筛选出最佳制备条件,并用透析法检测其体外释放效果.试验结果表明,亚硒酸钠缓释剂释放速度明显慢于亚硒酸钠水溶液,制备亚硒酸钠β-CD缓释剂的最佳工艺条件为:温度20℃,搅拌时间3h,亚硒酸钠与β-CD投料体积比为1:3.

Abstract:Make the β-cyclodextrin as carrier to prepare Sodium Selenite slow release medicinal preparation. Then selected the best preparation conditions by orthogonal test, and compared release effect with Sodium Selenite slow release medicinal preparation and aqueous solution of sodium selenite. Release results showed that the sodium selenite retarder was obviously slower than aqueous solution of sodium selenite, and basic achieve the desired release results. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions to prepare β-CD Sodium Selenite slow release medicinal preparation is the volume ratio between Sodium Selenite and β-CD was 1 : 3 at 20 ℃ for 3 hours.
