中药有效成分浸提过程的动力学模型分析

摘    要:通过对传统中药浸提过程中主要影响因素和浸提机理的分析,以传递理论为基础建立了中药浸提过程的动力学模型,根据数学模型从理论上研究了这些因素与浸出有效成分浓度之间内在的关系。推导所得模型表明:提高温度,降低固体颗粒的粒度可提高溶液中有效成分的浓度,进而提高浸提效率。

Abstract:By analysis of the factors and principles of Chinese medicine extraction process,an extraction dynamic model was established based on the transport phenomena.The relations of the factors that influenced the extraction process were studied according to the dynamic model.The dynamic model showed that high extraction temperature and small solid material size were benefit to the extraction process.
