摘    要:利用~(14)CO_2研究了苎麻光合物质的运输及分配。结果表明:苎麻嫩叶所形成的光合物质不运转到其他部位;成长叶的同化能力大于幼嫩叶片的同化能力,并且,形成的光合物质往外运转;成长叶光合物质运转的部位主要是:顶端的幼嫩部分、麻皮、麻秆,特别是麻秆贮存的总光合物质最多:同一蔸麻的各分蘖之间同化产物不相互运转。

TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PHOTOSYNTHATE IN RAMIE PLANT BY USING ~(14)CO_2 AS TRACER
Abstract:Transportation and distribution of photosynthate in ramie plant were studied by using 14CO2 as tracer.The result showed that there was no trasportation of photosynthate formed in young leaves to other parts of the same plant.Photosynthetic capacity of mature leaves was larger than that of young leaves.The photosynthate formed in mature leaves could be transported mainly to the stem,and the young leaves on the upper part of the stem,and most of the photosynthate was stored in the stem.There was no photosynthate transportation and distribution from one stem to another of the same plant.
