摘    要:研究了绞股蓝新品种恩五叶蜜快繁体系的关键技术建立和优化。结果表明,以茎尖为外植体快繁,可解决品种退化问题;以幼嫩的茎段作为外植体,可大大提高快繁速度。诱导丛生芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L,诱导生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+PP333 0.2 mg/L。炼苗后的移栽成活率最高达95%。

Abstract:This paper studied the establishment and optimization of rapid propagation technique system of Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino cv.Enwuyemi.The results showed that using shoot tip as explant could solve the problem of variety degeneration and using tender stems as explant could improve the propagation rate.The best medium for the tufted bud induction of G.pentaphyllum Makino CV.Enwuyemi was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L.The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+PP333 0.2 mg/L.After training plantlet,the transplanting survival rate was 95%.
