| 摘 要： | 辽宁省喀左县属于典型的低山丘陵半干旱农业地区,主要以雨养农、降雨量少,具有十年九旱的特点,土壤沙化和水土流失极为严重,春旱、伏旱和秋吊经常发生,由于干旱缺水给农业生产造成了及其严重的影响。因此,在辽宁省农委的支持和帮助下,喀左县实施了由全国农业技术中心下达的《辽宁省优势农产品重大技术推广旱作节水》农业财政补贴项目。特别是抗旱保水剂的应用,具有显著的经济效益。达到了抗旱、保水、保肥、增效、改良土壤和促进作物生长发育与提高作物的品质和产量的作用,在干旱、半干旱区具有广阔的推广应用前景。
