基于SCI-E的世界菠萝研究文献计量学分析

基于SCI-E(科学引文索引扩展版)的数据,利用文献计量学方法 ,统计分析1994~2012年SCI-E收录菠萝的相关研究文献,探讨国内外菠萝文献的文献量变化与被引频次、国家或地区分布、主要研究机构、作者、学科类别、期刊分布、语种、基金资助机构等。结果显示:菠萝研究发文量逐年增加,其中发文较多的国家为美国、巴西、印度等;发文量较多的机构为夏威夷大学马诺阿分校、巴西圣保罗大学、夏威夷大学等;最具有学术影响力的作者主要来自于美国和印度;其中以食品科学技术、植物学、农学等为主题的研究较多;论文在不同期刊中呈分散分布,但主要以食品工程杂志、农业与食品化学杂志、巴西果园杂志等为主要的相关研究成果发表期刊;相关文献的出版语言主要以英语为主,占89.88%;基金资助方面,巴西教育基金资助文献最多,其次是巴西国家科学技术委员会,中国国家自然科学基金位于第三。该文分析了菠萝研究的总体状况和发展态势,为菠萝科研工作者及决策者提供参考。

Bibliometric Analysis of Pineapple Literatures Based on SCI-E

The research papers on pineapple derived from the Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)database in 1994 to 2012 were summarized and analyzed with the method of bibliometrics. Several aspects of the related papers were discussed on the annual number of papers, language, the distribution of papers in countries and regions, the main related research institutions, the distribution of journals, and the core authors. The results indicate that the literatures on pineapple increased from 2001 to 2011 anually, and the top productive countries are America, Brazil, India and et al.; The top productive institutions are Univ Hawaii Manoa, Univ Sao Paulo, Univ Hawaii, et al; The authors with high academic achievement are mainly from America and India. Journal Of Food Engineering,Journal Of Agricultural And Food Chemistry, Revista Brasileira De Fruticultura are the most active journals in this field; The main subject categories of published pineapple papers are Food Science Technology, Plant Science, Agricultural Science. The bibliometrics analytical results provide total situation and development trend of pineapple research, which may serve as a potential guide for future pineapple research.
