“四化同步”背景下我国农业现代化建设的发展思路与对策建议

目前,我国已进入工业化中期阶段,工业化与信息化不断融合,城镇化快速发展,农业现代化发展进入关键时期。四化同步发展,关键在于农业现代化的发展。本文基于在四化同步发展背景下,认为农业现代化发展必须按照统筹一体化发展思路,要坚持用新型工业化的理念推进农业产业化,用新型城镇化的理念推进城乡一体化,用农业现代化的理念推进农业农村改革以及用现代信息化的理念推进农业技术创新四个重点方向。并结合四化同步理念与农业发展面临的形势,提出了发展农业现代化建设的相关对策建议。

Development Ideas and Countermeasures of Chinese Agricultural Modernization under Promoting Harmonized Development of Industrialization, IT Application, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in China

China entered the stage of middle industrialization nowadays, its development of industrialization and IT continue fusion, urbanization rapid developed, and agricultural modernization entered in the critical period. The key to promoting harmonized development of four modernizations is the development of agricultural modernization. This paper proposed that we should use new concept of industrialization to promote agriculture industrialization, new concept of urbanization to impulse urban-rural integration, new concept of informatization to accelerate agricultural technology innovation. Finally, combined the philosophy of promoting harmonized development of four modernizations and the situation faced by agricultural development, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper.
