甘蔗优异材料的抗旱性研究

摘    要:对云蔗 97 /84、云蔗 98 /236、云蔗 98 /13、00-505、00-530等 19份甘蔗优良中间材料、品种及引进的优异材料在桶栽条件下进行了水分胁迫下相关干旱生理指标的测定,并对各指标进行了生理分析。统计分析结果表明:甘蔗受旱后丙二醛含量和质膜透性的变化趋势与叶片的受旱表现相一致。在参试材料中受旱后 00-530、00-506、00-456、云蔗 97 /84、云蔗98 /13、00-527丙二醛含量、质膜透性增幅较小,叶片枯黄卷缩程度轻,具有较好的抗旱性。

Abstract:elite sugarcane clones were planted in the pots under water stress to test the drought resistance performance and related physiological indexes. The results showed that the drought resistance performance of leaves was in the same tendence as the MDA content and plasma membrane permeability of leaves. Those clones with lower MDA content and plasma permeability had lower withering rate of the leaves. The drought resistance of Yunzhe 97-84, 00-530, Yunzhe 98-13,00-506,00-456, 00-527 were better in the experiment.
