| 摘 要： | 介绍了用薄层层析－溴化法在一块层析上测定辛硫磷和甲基对硫磷含量，简便，直观，无需标准品，标准偏差分别为0．076和0．067，变异系数分别为0．54％和0．54％，回收率分别为99．2－100．6％，99．6－101．0％。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the content of Phoxim and parathion-methyl by the TLC bromination on one thin-layer plate methods is introduced,simple accurate and doesn't need standard samples. Standard deviation,variety coefficient and average recovery are 0.076?0.54%?99.2-100.6% of Phoxim and 0.067?0.54%?99.6-101.0% of Parathion-methyl. |
