摘    要:通过对畜产品加工工艺学课程开放性实验的选题方法、实施方案、评价体系等方面进行探索,取得了良好的教学效果,实现了培养创新型人才的高等教育人才培养目标,并对开放性实验中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了相关建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the practice teaching methods of livestock product processing combined with the teaching practice.The experiment teaching quality is improved,and the aim of higher education to train talents of ability to innovation and technology is obtained.The problems existed in the open laboratory are analyzed,and some recommendations are put forward.
