摘    要:通过接种根瘤菌,设置不同氮水平,对大豆盛花期根瘤及大豆产量构成因子的变化进行研究。结果表明:在一定施氮范围内施用根瘤菌,可明显提高大豆根瘤风干重,促进成荚、鼓粒,对增产有明显作用;施用根瘤菌与尿素15 kg.hm-2组合,较单一施用尿素25 kg.hm-2处理,增加产量5.36%;较以根瘤菌替代氮肥施用处理,增加产量10.50%。

Abstract:The variation of different nitrogen level on root nodule in flowering phase and yield components by inoculating rhizobium was studied.The results indicated that after the nitrogen fertilizer in some range and appying rhizobia could improve nodule dry weight,pod number,grain number,grain weight.The yield per square meters of applying rhizobia with urea 15 kg· hm-2was 5.36% more than the treatment of applying urea 25 kg·hm-2only;10.50% more than the treatment of applying rhizobia with non urea.
