摘    要:对女贞叶片喷施脱落酸(ABA)后的几项生理指标变化的研究结果表明,质量浓度为0 05g·L-1的处理效果最佳,叶片气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别比对照降低了49 5%和35 1%;对光合作用和叶片温度的影响不明显;对女贞的叶水势的提高幅度达到18 3%;具有明显抑制女贞苗木叶水势下降的作用.

Abstract:Influence of ABA on photosynthesis and transpiration rate of Ligustrum lucidum Ait leaf was studied. The result showed that the effect of ABA of 0.05 g per liter is the best, which reduced stomatal conductance and transpiration rate by 49.5% and 35.1% respectively;There was no significant effect on photosynthetic rate and the temperature of the leaves;The leaf water potential was improved by 18.3%.It had an obvious prohibiting effect on the decrease of Leaf water potential.
