摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率测定法测定14种杀菌剂的抑制活性,对抑制率达90%以上的杀菌剂进行毒力测定,根据室内测试结果将抑制效果较好的杀菌剂进行田间防治试验。结果表明:戊唑醇、苯醚·咪鲜胺、咪鲜胺、苯醚甲环唑4种药剂对黑线炭疽病菌具有较好抑菌活性,抑制率90%,EC50分别为0.079 9,3.567,55.470,370.340 mg·L-1;戊唑醇稀释3 000~4 000倍,苯醚·咪鲜胺稀释1 000~2 000倍,田间防效均达70%以上。这表明戊唑醇、苯醚·咪鲜胺对肿节风炭疽病有较好的防治作用,可以在生产上推广应用。

Abstract:Antimicrobial activities of 14 fungicides were tested against Colletotrichum dematium by using the mycelia growth rate method,and the fungicides with an inhibition rate of 90% or more were tested in toxicity indoor and then in the field.Four fungicides,ie.Tebuconazole,flusilazole-prochloraz chloride complex,Prochloraz,Difenoconazole gave high antimicrobial effects,and their EC5o values were 0.799,3.567,55.47 and 370.34 mg · L^-1,respectively.The field tests showed that Tebuconazole and flusilazole-prochloraz had a control efficacy of 〉 70% against the anthracnose of Sarcandra glabra when diluted at 1:30004000 and 1:1000-2000,respectively,indicating that these two fungicides have a better control efficacy against the anthracnose of Sarcandra glabra caused by Colletotrichum dematium,and can be released for commercial extension to control this disease.
