摘    要:本文通过对大豆品系哈96-4251,哈96-4261形态及生理特征分析,发现二者具有相同的增产潜力和较高的单叶光合速率,同时二者的干物质分配,糖代谢和光合生理参数表现出相同或相似值或趋势。因此,我们推断哈96-4251,哈96-4261为近等位基因系。它们是我们目前实现“九五”超高产目标最佳的构筑理想波浪冠层群体材料之一。

Abstract:The morphological and physiological parameters were analyzed on soybean lines Ha96-4251 and Ha96-4261. The results indicated that the two lines have same yield potentialities, photosynthetic rates, dry matter distributions, carbohydrate (soluble total sugar) metabolisms and photosynthesis-physiology parameters. So we infer that soybean lines both Ha96-4251 and Ha96-4261 is a pair of near isogenic lines, as they were segregated lines from a high generation progeny. They are one of the best materials to meet the need of ideal wave-canopy-population which adapted to maximize soybean yield.
