NaCl、Na2SO4胁迫对新疆大果沙枣种子萌发及生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用NaCl和Na2SO4溶液进行渗透胁迫,研究新疆大果沙枣种子萌发和幼苗叶片部分生理指标的变化.结果表明:低浓度(50、100 mmol/L)NaCl和Na2SO4溶液提高了其发芽率和发芽指数,随后发芽率降低,其中300 mmol/L的盐处理时发芽率分别54.98;和51.72;;与对照比较,低浓度盐处理时幼苗叶片膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、丙二醛含量变化不明显,只是在处理浓度高时,其值随着浓度升高而变大;处理浓度在50~150 mmol/L时,渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量无明显变化,处理浓度高于200 mmol/L时,含量则大量增加,分别是对照的12.23和13.66倍.综合表明:低浓度的盐处理促进新疆大果沙枣发芽和生长,并且影响其发芽率盐浓度存在一个阈值(300 mmol/L),含盐量低于该阈值宜于其发芽和生长.

Abstract:The effect of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 stress treatment on Elaeagnus angustifolia L.seed germination and seedlings physiological characteristics was studied. The result showed: the treatment of 50、100 mmol/L NaCl and Na_2SO_4 enhanced the seed germination rate and index,which soon afterwards was decreased.The seed germination rate was 54.98% and 51.72% respectively when treatment with 300 mmol/L was made.Compared with CK,the little change exited in plasma permeability,endogenous protective enzymes activities and Malondiadehyde content.When they raised,the density of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 stress treatment was increased.Proline content had unsignificant change when treatment was made with 50~150 mmol/L of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 stress,and its content increased rapidly when the NaCl and Na_2SO_4 stress treatment was more than 200 mmol/L,which was 12.23 and 13.66 times than CK respectively.In a word,the treatment of 50、100 mmol/L NaCl and Na_2SO_4 enhanced Elaeagnus angustifolia L.'s seed germination and growing,the ability of salt tolerance had its limited value(300 mmol/L),soil,in which salt content was less than its limited value,was fitted to its germination and growing.
