摘    要:每月对组培环境空气中污染菌、组培苗污染监测表明:组培苗污染程度与组培环境空气中的真菌数量均随时间呈同步变化;组培环境空气中真菌主要有12种,其中,优势菌为芽枝霉、灰霉、木霉、曲霉、青霉等5种。甲醛熏蒸可使组培环境空气中的真菌减少87%~100%。

Abstract:The investigation indicated that the amount of fungi in the air in tissue cuhure room and the disease incidence of tissue culture seedling were changed. 12 funguus groups were gotten from the air in tissue culture room,which ineluded five dominant fungi that were Cladospora spp., Trichoderma spp. ,Botrytis spp. ,Aspergillus spp.,Penicillum spp. Formaldehyde fumigation could deereased the amount of fungi in the air in tissue culture room at the rate of 87 %-100 %.
