摘    要:目的]进一步降低烟叶烘烤成本,提高密集烤房烘烤性能.方法]以烤烟品种云烟85为材料,采用三段式烘烤工艺,比较添加泡沫保温材料和未添加泡沫保温材料的密集烤房在烘烤用时、能耗和烤后烟叶质量等指标方面的差异性.结果]相对于未添加泡沫保温材料的密集烤房,添加泡沫保温材料的密集烤房平均每房烟可缩短烘烤用时26 h;每烘烤1 kg干烟平均节煤0.29 kg,节煤率达19.6%;每烘烤1kg干烟平均节电0.016 kW·h,节电率达17.8%;烤后烟叶的上中等烟比例平均提高1.5个百分点.烟叶均价平均提高0.3元/kg.结论]添加泡沫保温材料的密集烤房缩短了烘烤用时,节省了能耗、提高了烤后烟叶质量,在一定程度上降低了烘烤成本.

Abstract:【Objective】The main purpose of this study was to reduce the cost of baking tobacco leaves and improve the functions of bulk curing barn. 【Method】Yunyan 85 was baked by three-phase-drying method in two bulk curing barns separately (one with foam insulating material, the other one without foam insulating material), the difference in curing duration, energy consumption, and quality of baked tobacco leaves between the two barns were compared. 【Result】The results showed that using foam insulating material could reduce bulk curing time by 26 hours, save coal 0.29 kg per 1 kg cured leaves, with the coal saving rate of 19.6%, as well as save 0.016 kW·h electricity per 1 kg cured leaves, with the electricity saving rate of 17.8%. Moreover, the proportion of superior and moderate grade leaves was enhanced by 1.5%, and the average price of cured tobacco leaves was increased by 0.3 Yuan/kg. 【Conclusion】It was concluded that bulk curing barn with foam insulating material could shorten curing duration, save energy, improve quality of cured tobacco leaves and reduce cost in some extent.
