| 摘 要： | 在我国农业现代化发展进程中,如何按农业产业化的要求设计农业经济组织模式是理论界探讨的热点问题。笔者提出了用公司化促进农业产业化的观点,并对公司化如何推动农业产业化发展进行了初步设想。
