试论以人为本的高等教育

随着社会的发展，高等教育的地位越来越突出。如何发展高等教育，如何使高等教育更加适应当今经济社会的要求，是大家不懈探讨的焦点。章认为：21世纪的高等教育应树立以人为本的理念，以培养创新性高素质人才为目标，在注重个性教育的同时充分发挥素质教育的作用，并使创新教育在素质教育中得到应有的体现。
