铰接车辆侧倾过程动态仿真

摘    要:建立了铰接车辆侧倾过程的数学模型,根据铰接车辆在侧倾过程中的一些重要特性,研究和分析铰接车辆侧倾的影响参数,通过Matlab和Veh-sim进行计算机仿真,得到铰接车辆在行驶速度30km/h时突然转向,发生侧翻的危险时间出现在转向指令的1s后,可能产生翻车的时间为4.5s,若同时实施车辆制动,出现最大纵向和横向加速度。通过加大铰接车辆的轮距,降低车辆的重心高度,增加轮胎和路面的摩擦因数可以提高车辆的防侧倾性能。

Abstract:The articulated vehicle is a type of off-road vehicle whose working condition is very bad, so the safety and stability of the vehicle are very important in driving. The overturning tests of the articulated vehicle are difficult to perform in fact, the overturning models are established to analyze these accidents. In this paper,the mathematic model of overturning of articulated vehicle was established, and the important characteristics of articulated vehicle overturning was revealed based on the model. The influence parameters were investigated by using simulation software Matlab and Veh-sim, so the safety and stability of articulated vehicle in driving would be ensured. When abrupt steering and braking were performed at the speed of 30 km/h, the longitudinal and lateral acceleration would achieve maximum, the dangerous accidents of the articulated vehicle would appear in one second and overturning accidents would appear in 4.5 seconds.
