| 摘 要： | 选择9头泌乳早期处于热应激的荷斯坦奶牛,采用3×3拉丁方设计,分别饲喂5、10 g/d烟酸,研究其对奶牛生产性能的影响.结果表明:添加5、10 g/d烟酸可使产奶量分别提高13.20%、9.39%;而4%标准乳量无显著差异(P＞0.05);添加烟酸不影响乳蛋白含量和乳脂率.

| Abstract: | Nicotinic acid was added into the feedstuff of dairy cattle daily.And its effect on milk performance was studied in this experiment.9 Hostein cows in early lactation under heat stress were selected.Using 3x3 Latin square design,nicotinic acid of 5,10 g/d was supplemented respectively.Results showed that milk yield increased by 13.20 %(P<0.05) and 9.39 %(P<0.05) respectively;but 4% fat corrected milk yield had no significant difference(P>0.05).Adding nicotinic acid had no effect on milk protein and milk fat percentage. |
