摘    要:进行了混合油(由植物油,汽油,水,活性剂组成)在BJC-I-4型发动机上应用的试验研究,测定了发动机的转速,扭矩,点火提前角,燃料消耗量及排气温度,CO与HC排放等参数,试验结果表明,燃用混合油时发动机怠速排放明显低于燃烧汽油时的CO及HC排放,分别下降94.6%和41.1%,在发动机中等负荷运转时燃用混合油油耗上升,最大功率下降,经过点火时间调整后燃用混合油发动机外特性曲线比油耗低于汽油,节油效果明显,平均达到9.414%,但功率比燃烧汽油的平均下降8.149%。

Abstract:An investigation was carried out on a type BJCI4 spark ignition engine with fuel of mixing oil made up of gasoline, vegetable oil, water and emulsion. The speed, torque, power, specific oil consumption, spark timing, exhaust gas temperature and CO and HC emission concentrations of this engine were measured respectively at idle, constant speed and full load running condition. Preliminary results indicate that : (1)When burning mixing oil the CO and HC emission concentrations are decreased by 94 6% and 41 1% respectively compared with that when burning gasoline at idle running condition. (2)When burning mixing oil the average specific oil consumption is decreased by 9 414% and the average engine power is decreased by 8 149% compared with that when burning gasoline at full load running condition. (3)At partial load running condition and spark timing not adjusted the engine power is decreased and the specific oil consumption is increased.
