| 摘 要： | 大学生创业基地是大学生创业理论联系实践的重要环节，是沟通学生、学校和社会的桥梁。本文通过对凤阳县大学生创业基地的实证研究，介绍了创业基地的形成、发展，分析了创业基地存在的问题，并尝试提出相应的解决对策，以促进相关深入研究。
