海峡两岸渔业在加入WTO后的合作前景初探

Discussion on the Cooperation Perspective between the Mainland''''s Fishery and Taiwan''''s Fishery of China after joining into WTO

This paper describes the situation of the China Mainland fishery and Taiwan fishery at catch, aquaculture and process etc. These conditions include where their fishery vessels distribute, what they mainly catch and the development character of their distant fishery and aquaculture. It is believed that fishery trade of Mainland and Taiwan will be a lightspot amongs their respective trades,which owes greatly to their same language, common race, the similar appetite, custom and geopraphy etc. The Paper also expatiates on how the basic WTO rule will affect the fishery between taiwan strait when they repectively joins in the WTO and trade directly. Furthermore, as to what oppoturnities and challenges their fishery will face to and how to realize their cooperation after join in WTO are discussed in this paper.
