| Abstract: | In this paper, the significance of the construction of knowledge base which is for the scientific research in the Uni- versity Libraries, its construction method and the copyright issues in the process of construction are discussed. The purpose is to make the results of university research play a better role with the help of library information platform, improve the service ability of university library at the same time and strengthen the key competitiveness of colleges and universities. |
