中国公共图书馆阅读推广活动发展趋势研究——基于德尔菲法的调查报告

运用德尔菲法对"中国公共图书馆阅读推广活动"的地位、重点目标人群、不足和局限、障碍及对策进行调研。调查发现,阅读推广活动在公共图书馆服务中处于核心地位,儿童是阅读推广活动重点目标人群,最大不足是活动缺乏科学性,最大障碍是科学调研和反馈评估机制尚未形成。要实现图书馆的良好发展,必须加强图书馆自身建设,争取政府和社会各界力量的支持,同时完善反馈机制和评价体系。

Trends of Reading Promotion Activities in Public Libraries of China——Report Based on Delphi Method

Use Delphi Method to study the status, target mass, disadvantages and limitation, obstacles of Reading Promotion Activities in our Public Libraries. The survey shows that Reading Promotion Activities is the core service in func tion of public libraries, children are the most important target mass, the biggest deficiency is lack of scientific activi ties, preliminary investigation and feedback evaluation system has not yet formed. Measurements has to be taken in building of libraries, supporting by government and other agencies, establishing Feedback mechanisms and evalua tion system.
