摘    要:对温室冬茬黄瓜幼苗设置3种不同光照强度,研究黄瓜苗期补充光照对保护地品种津春三号和露地品种龙杂黄七号的外观形态、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及几种膜保护性酶活性的影响。结果表明,补光处理后,黄瓜幼苗长势良好,叶片的叶绿素含量升高,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量升高,POD活性降低,CAT活性升高,MDA含量降低。两品种黄瓜各生理特性变化规律基本一致,但补光对两品种的影响程度不同。

Abstract:Cucumber seedlings of winter cultivation were dealt with 3 different levels of supplementary light intensity of No. 3 Jinchun which belongs to the greenhouse cuhivar and No. 7 Longzahuang which belongs to open field cuhivar to determine the effects of supplementary light levels on growth, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and MDA content, and activity of POD and CAT. The experimental results indicated that plant height, leaf area and stem diameter of cucumber seedlings were significantly increased with increasing intensity of supplementary light. At the same time, supplementary light at cucumber seedling stage led to the increase of chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and protein content and CAT activity and led to the decrease of POD activity and MDA content. There were the same change regularity on two kinds of cuhivar, but the effect extent was different.
