摘    要:以矮化黄瓜突变体D0462为试验材料,研究了外施0.1mg·L-1赤霉素对矮化黄瓜叶片中叶绿素含量、下胚轴中IAA氧化酶活性以及叶片和下胚轴中α-淀粉酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明,赤霉素对叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性均有抑制作用,对α-淀粉酶活性有促进作用,对IAA氧化酶活性先抑制后促进。

Abstract:Effect of exogenous GA(0.1 mg·L~(-1)application on early seedling growth of the dwarf cucumber, namely D0462, was studied. The chlorophyll content and the activities of IAA oxidase, a-amylase, G-POD, SOD in hypocotyl and leaves were compared between control group and treatment group with GA. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and the activities of SOD, G-POD decreased, the activities of a-amylase increased, the activities of IAA oxidase decreased at first and then increased.
