基于倡导性规划理论的武汉市城市规划公众参与

倡导性规划理论自诞生之日起就受到了人们的普遍关注,并在实践中得到充分应用。本文总结了倡导性规划理论与公众参与的相关概念,分析了公众参与在城市规划中的理论基础和必要性。以武汉市公众参与规划的实践为例,阐述了我国城市规划公众参与中存在的问题,并试图提出一种有效的公众参与机制。

Public Participation in Wuhan Urban Planning Based on Advocacy Planning Theory

Advocacy planning theory since its birth has been the focus of people’s attention,and been fully applied in practice.This paper summarizes the related concept of advocacy planning and public participation,and analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity for public participation in urban planning.Taking the practice of public participation in Wuhan as an example,this paper explains the problem of public participation in China’s current urban planning,and tries to propose an efficient mechanism for public participation.
