面条小麦品种辅助选择指标的研究

Studies on Assisted Selection Indexes of Noodle Wheat

Using 20 wheat cultivars from Shandong Province, the relationships between protein fractions, the Wx protein and noodle quality were studied respectively. The results showed that the correlation between the protein fractions by 1-propanol isolation method noodle scores was significant; the correlation between SDS-GMP and noodle quality was highly significant; the noodle quality was highly significantly negatively correlated with the absolute content of Wx protein. Further the multiple reduced regression equation for noodle quality according to SDS-GMP and WxA1 WxB1 WxD1 was established(r=0.84). SDS-GMP and WxA1 WxB1 WxD1 content can be used as the indexes in the selection of noodle wheat cultivars.
