植物几丁质酶及其应用研究进展

摘    要:几丁质酶是高等植物普遍存在的一种重要的病程相关蛋白,近年来被广泛应用于植物抗病基因工程的研究.本文概述了国内外有关植物几丁质酶的研究情况,介绍了几丁质酶的特性、结构、分类、细胞学定位和功能及几丁质酶基因的克隆与其在植物基因工程中的应用.

Abstract:Chitinase is an important pathogenesis-related protein, which universally exists in higher plants. Studies on plant chitinase are briefly reviewed in this paper, which includes the characteristics, structure, classification, cytological orientation and functions of chitinase as well as cloning of its gene and its application to plant gene engineering for disease resistance.
