摘    要:为了提高马铃薯品质,增加经济效益,探讨不同马铃薯品种适宜的种植区,对青薯168、宁薯4号、陇薯3号、青薯6号4个马铃薯参试品种在宁夏4个不同生态条件下的还原糖、蛋白质、干物质含量进行方差分析.结果表明:还原糖含量表现为试点之间的差异大于品种之间的差异,品种×试点的差异达极显著水平;蛋白质含量表现为试点之间的差异大于品种...

Abstract:In order to improve potato quality and increase economic benefit,the reducing sugar,protein,dry matter content of analysis of variance of four potato varieties in the Ningxia four different ecological conditions were analyzed.The difference in reducing sugar content is greater in regions than in varieties;species×pilot was significantly different.The difference in protein content is greater in regions than in varieties;species×the pilot was not significant.The difference dry matter content is greater in varieties than in regions;variety×pilot was not significant.The sugar content of Haiyuan potato is lowest(0.393%) but that of Jingyuan potato is highest(0.794%).The protein content of Haiyuan potato is lowest(0.71%) but that of Delong potato is highest(0.56%).The dry matter content of Haiyuan potato is lowest(22.15%) but that of Guyuan potato is highest(20.73%).The results showed that reducing sugar content by environment and variety,and environment was considered when planting potato.The protein and dry matter content were affected by variety far more than environmental,and the variety factor was considered when planting.
