摘    要:为了筛选出淀粉含量较高的火棘资源,以不同产地的22份火棘资源为试验材料,测定其果实的淀粉含量.结果表明,22份火棘资源的淀粉含量平均值为3.36%,变异幅度为1.86%~6.08%;不同种类火棘淀粉含量差异不显著;不同地区火棘淀粉含量存在显著差异,其中贵阳市周边的火棘淀粉含量较高(4.89%),广西南丹县和黔西南的火棘...

Abstract:The purpose was to select Pyracantha accessions with high starch content of fruits using 22 Pyracantha accessions from different regions.The result showed that 22 Pyracantha accessions averaged 3.36% in starch content,with range of 1.86% to 6.08%.There were no significant differences between Pyracantha species(P.fortuneana and P.crenulata) but significant differences were among the accessions from different regions.The accessions native to Guiyang,Guizhou had higher starch content and the accessions from Nandan,Guangxi had a lower level of starch content.The study will provide some guides for further studies on the genetic and variation of fruit starch content of Pyracantha plants.
