| 摘 要： | 土地征用是国家的强制行为，土地征用补偿是协调土地征用中私益和公益冲突的基本制度。针对目前征地补偿过程中已经暴露出的一些问题，如土地补偿范围狭窄、补偿标准不够科学等问题，从可持续发展的角度分析并提出完善补偿机制，减少补偿的计划色彩，确定合理的征地补偿范围和标准，进一步完善征地补偿制度的思考。
